The Clifford Antone Foundation Presents

2016 Inaugural Robin Shivers Award Recipient

Diana Zuniga

On Thursday, November 10,  Diana Zuniga will be presented the inaugural Robin Shivers Award at the annual Help Clifford Help Kids event benefiting
American YouthWorks at Austin City Limits Live at the Moody Theater.

Robin Shivers, along with Clifford Antone, started Help Clifford Help Kids sixteen years ago. Robin Shivers, a philanthropist and founder of the Health Alliance for Austin Musicians, was guided by high integrity and expressed generosity to all she met.

American YouthWorks and the Help Clifford Help Kids Co-Chairs believe Diana exemplifies all Robin stood for and are proud to present her with this award.

Diana is a long time advocate for American YouthWorks. She has been an active Help Clifford Help Kids Gala Co-Chair for 8 years, volunteering her time to sell sponsorships, organize the event, solicit auction items and recruit new Co-Chairs.

In addition to her work with American YouthWorks, Diana has spent countless hours giving back to other nonprofit organizations including the Cathedral School of St. Mary, the Health Alliance for Austin Musicians, Blue Lapis Light, Mexic-Arte Museum, Zachary Scott Theater, Real Estate Council of Austin, Austin Commercial Real Estate Society and nearly a dozen more.

Professionally, Diana is a commercial real estate, broker, developer and investor. She is also the managing partner of numerous real estate investment partnerships, which own and operate various real estate assets including multi-family and office properties in the Austin and San Antonio, Texas area.

Diana is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education. During her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, boating and all forms of cultural entertainment.

We should all congratulate Diana on being the recipient of this inaugural award in recognition of her many accomplishments and dedication to helping others.
